What data the tool uses

The tool connects to the Google Business Profile of Zamil Kebab, with permission from the account owner, using the Google Business Profile API. It reads the public reviews of our restaurants: the review text, star rating, date, and the name the reviewer chose to show on Google. It also uses an access token that allows the tool to manage our own Business Profile. The token is stored privately and is never shared.

How the data is used

Review text is sent to Google's Gemini API to prepare a draft reply. Staff check the draft. Approved replies are posted to the review on Google Maps. We use the data only for this purpose.

Storage and sharing

Reviews, drafts and replies are stored in a private file or database that only authorised Zamil Kebab staff can access. We do not sell the data, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising. Data is processed by Google services (Google Business Profile and Gemini), which are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep reviews and replies for as long as we need them to manage our reviews. You can ask us to delete data connected to your name by emailing zamilkebab@gmail.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
